Other acceptable forms of documentation will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once we have received your documentation, we will send you a Reseller Agreement. Once the Reseller Agreement is signed and returned, and you have been approved for a wholesale account, you will be provided with an order form to place your first order. Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to be processed and to receive a response. You may be required to submit additional documentation.
