PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19 AND FOR SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, AT THIS TIME, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS. WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. Normally, Genesa will accept returns on products for up to 30 days after receipt for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping and disposal fee). If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we’re sorry but we can’t accept this item as a return.
How to Make a Return
Prior to returning any items, a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER is required. To receive a return authorization number (RA#), send us an e-mail and include the following information: name, order number, product(s) being returned, reason(s) for return, telephone number and/or email address. Send your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the return is approved, you will receive your RA#. This number MUST appear on the outside of the package. Any shipments returned without a valid RA number will be refused and returned to sender. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROPERLY INSURED. If your return is not insured properly and gets lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund.
Receiving Your Refund
Once the return is received, we will issue a refund to the payment method used for the original purchase (minus a 20% disposal fee). Please allow a week for your return to process once it has been received back at our facility.
Customers who have previously returned a product for any reason other than defective will need to phone 800-404-1065 to place a new order. Orders placed by any other method will be given a full refund.
