International Ordering

To place an international order with Genesa, please contact us at 800-404-1065 or email us at orders@genesaliving for an order form. Order forms can be returned to orders@genesaliving.com or faxed to 888-803-1794.

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany and the UK. If you do not see your country listed, you may still contact us at orders@genesaliving.com and we would be happy to review the customs regulations for your specific country. Please note:  Some countries allow the import of certain types of products for personal use only. As a result, we currently only ship 1-3 bottles to any international address.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates vary depending on destination and are calculated per shipment, based on customer provided information. Free shipping or reduced shipping offers do not apply to international orders.

To get a shipping quote for an international order, email your request and shipping address to orders@genesaliving.com and we will respond with a quote within 3 business days.

For an immediate shipping quote, you may visit USPS (United States Postal Service) and enter your shipping information in the Calculate a Price option. We ship all international orders in a USPS Priority Mail International® Padded Flat Rate Envelope. Once you've entered your shipping information and chosen the Priority Mail International® Padded Flat Rate Envelope option, the amount quoted will be the amount charged for shipping, from Genesa to your address. If you have a different preferred carrier than USPS, please contact us with that information for a specific quote.

International Shipping Policies

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products you are ordering. Additionally, when ordering from Genesa you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. Due to complex and ever changing customs policies we cannot guarantee the items you are ordering are permitted for import into your country or will be delivered. Therefore, it is important that you first become familiar with the customs/laws in your country before placing an order with Genesa. Orders that are seized or delayed by customs are the responsibility of the customer and not Genesa Inc.

If your international order is returned to us for any reason, including the following, we will refund your payment method for the product returned minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling, storage and quarantine fees).
