Welcome to our Subscription Program—a convenient subscription option to easily manage receiving your favorite Genesa products exactly when you need them.

What is Subscription?

Genesa offers a Subscription option for several products. This feature allows you to select how often you’d like your product to be automatically replenished and shipped to you. Once you join, Genesa automatically ships the product of your choice to you based upon your chosen frequency. Currently the store offers the option of monthly delivery only, however, you may contact Genesa at any time by email (info@genesaliving.com) or phone at 800-404-1065, to alter the frequency to 60 or 90 days, to cancel anytime, or to change the quantity, date of shipment, or shipping address as long as you contact Genesa within 5 business days of your next scheduled shipment.

How do I join?

The Subscription option can be found in our store, on the individual product pages. Once you’ve selected a Subscription option, simply follow the steps to subscribe. 

What amount will I be charged?

You will be charged the cost of the product you’ve chosen for Subscription and shipping charges based on our current published shipping rates.

When will I be charged?

Your Subscription orders will process automatically according to your selected frequency. Your credit card will automatically be charged according to your initially selected frequency, for as long as you remain a member or until you make alterations to your frequency.

When will my order ship?

Genesa ships Monday through Friday. We will process and ship your order approximately 5 business days prior to your scheduled receipt date. We will make every endeavor for you to receive your product as scheduled but the Subscription does not guarantee your receipt on an exact date as USPS may have delays we cannot control.

How do I make changes to my Subscription?

You can change your next order date, quantity of order, items in the order, frequency of order, or cancel your subscription by phoning us at 800-404-1065 or emailing orders@genesaliving.com at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled shipment, or by texting 925-222-2038.

How do I cancel my Subscription?

You can cancel your Subscription anytime by phoning us at 800-404-1065 or emailing orders@genesaliving.com at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled shipment or by texting 925-222-2038. Your Subscription will then be cancelled and no future orders will be placed.

Terms

When you check the Subscribe box, you agree to pay all charges to your account, including any applicable taxes, at the time the fee or charge becomes payable.  You agree that we will not be obligated to send you any renewal or advance billing notices or confirmations that your credit card has been charged.

If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend your Subscription. You will be required to pay any amounts still owed to us at the time your account is suspended. We will notify you if we suspend your account.

Any changes to charges or terms will become effective only after notice to subscribers.
