AUTOSHIP

 

Welcome to our Autoship Program—a convenient subscription option to easily manage receiving your favorite Genesa products exactly when you need them.

What is Autoship?

Genesa offers an Autoship option for several products. This feature allows you to select how often you’d like your product to be automatically replenished and shipped to you. Once you join, Genesa automatically ships the product of your choice to you based upon your chosen frequency.

How do I join?

The Autoship option can be found in our store, on the individual product pages, below the product description. Once you’ve selected an Autoship option and read and checked the Autoship Terms box, check out as normal. Genesa will then set up your future deliveries and send you an email confirmation with the date of your first shipment. Your Autoship will not begin until you’ve responded to the confirmation email.

What amount will I be charged?

You will be charged the cost of the product you’ve chosen for Autoship and shipping charges based on our current published shipping rates.

When will I be charged?

We will process your Autoship orders according to your selected frequency, and you will only be charged the day that your Autoship order ships. Your credit card will automatically be charged according to your initially selected frequency (every 30, 60 or 90 days), for as long as you remain a member or until you make alterations to your frequency.

When will my order ship?

Genesa ships Mon/Wed/Fri. We will process and ship your order approximately 5 mailing days prior to your scheduled receipt date. We will make every endeavor for you to receive your product as scheduled but Autoship does not guarantee your receipt on an exact date.

How do I make changes to my Autoship?

You can change your next order date, quantity of order, items in the order, frequency of order, or cancel your subscription by phoning us at 800-404-1065 or emailing orders@genesaliving.com at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled shipment.

How do I cancel my Autoship?

You can cancel your Autoship anytime by phoning us at 800-404-1065 or emailing orders@genesaliving.com at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled shipment. Your Autoship will then be cancelled and no future orders will be placed.

Terms

When you check the Autoship Terms box, you agree to pay all charges to your account, including any applicable taxes, at the time the fee or charge becomes payable.  You agree that we will not be obligated to send you any renewal or advance billing notices or confirmations that your credit card has been charged.

If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend your Autoship. You will be required to pay any amounts still owed to us at the time your account is suspended. We will notify you if we suspend your account.

Any changes to charges or terms will become effective only after notice to subscribers.
